Aji Lemon Pepper Seeds

Aji Lemon pepper seeds produce very prolific plants. These hot peppers are also known as Ají Limón or Aji Lemon Drop, a medium hot pepper with a citrus overtone. In Peru, where it is known as qillu uchu, they are a popular choice for making sauces and seasoning in recipes. The lemon drop is a slightly bumpy, conical pepper that averages 2-3 inches in length and about 1/2″ in diameter. The chili’s ripen from light green to bright yellow resembling little bananas. Branches are often so loaded with peppers that they require extra support or caging. It’s unlikely you’ll find these peppers at the grocery store or a local farmers market so your best option is to grow them yourself.
