Thai Dragon Pepper Seeds

The Thai Dragon chili is the most commonly used pepper in Asian cuisine. Thai Dragon pepper seeds will produce plants that grow compact and about 24″ tall, great for containers. We’ve even grown two plants in a single 5-gallon pot or bucket. The Thai Dragon chilis have a good heat level that hits immediately. Scoville heat level for these peppers tops out at around 100,000 SHU. These chilis grow in clusters maturing from green to red and can be used in either color. Can be used fresh, ground into powder, or dried whole for storage. One benefit to growing these Thai Dragon pepper seeds would be the fact that many chilis will ripen at the same time. This is beneficial if you’re looking to make a hot sauce without the need to collect and store the peppers until you have enough for the recipe.
