Have a small backyard garden or maybe you want to test out some new pepper varieties. No need to purchase full size seed packets, give these pepper seed sample packs a try.
All orders are shipped through the United States Post Office. Weight based or flat rate shipping methods will be used based on the products you order. You will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) once the shipping label has been created. All orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days.
First Class Mail
We offer free USPS shipping on seed ONLY orders. If the order includes items other than seeds there may be a shipping charge. Delivery time averages 5-7 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided for any order over $25.
Expedited orders, such as flat rate shipping, include tracking and insurance. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by clicking the “Refund Request” link in the orders section of your account page. This allows you to state the reason you are requesting the refund. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before a shipping label has been created. If you wish to cancel your order, after which time a shipping label has been created, we may issue a refund minus the cost of the shipping label.
Items you wish to return must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
The following items cannot be refunded or returned:
- Garden seeds
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that were unsealed after delivery
- Perishable items, which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Do not return your items until we contact you with a return authorization. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. It is strongly recommended that you use an insured and trackable method to mail your return. Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
