Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Powder

If you want to bring some fire to your recipes then this Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper powder is just what you need. Peppers were grown in our garden, dried and ground into fresh powder with no additives. This powder could be used directly in your recipes or added to a hot sauce to kick up the heat. The fruity flavor adds a nice sweet heat. We loved growing these peppers in our garden but I sweat just thinking about eating them. The smell of pure fire and dripping Capsaicin as we prepared them for dehydration, honestly, had us a little scared. Care should be taken when using this super-hot pepper powder. Use sparingly, a little of this chili powder goes a long way!
