Thank you for shopping with Peace Love Garden. We take pride in the quality of our products and our aim is always to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns, refunds, or exchanges are requested. Please see below for our policy on refunds and returns.
Print on Demand Products (Clothing, Mugs, Home Accessories, etc.)
- Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds for our print-on-demand products. However, if your product is defective or if you received the wrong size, we are happy to exchange the item for you.
- Proof of Defect or Incorrect Size: To initiate an exchange, please fill out our contact form and attach photos clearly showing the defect or the incorrect size. Without photographic evidence, we cannot process exchanges.
- Exchange Process: Upon receiving your exchange request and evaluating the photos, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Garden Seeds
- Returns and Refunds: We accept returns of garden seeds, provided they are returned unopened and in their original condition within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is documented and arrives at our facility.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
